Our company was established on 11th , June, 1998, and our registered capital is USD$1,250,000. We specialize in the production of all kinds of telephone card, bank card, manic card and IC card, paper card and so on. Our annual production capability is 320 millions pieces, 210 millions of which are telephone cards, 60 millions are manic cards(bank cards), 40 millions for IC cards and 10 millions for discharge frequency cards. We have a technician group consist of experienced experts, senior engineers, R&D staff, design staff and management staff, altogether 55 people. So far we have more than 258 employees, above 30% of them are professional specialists, more than 50 technological staff, and there are 4 experienced professional designers in our Design Department.

We passed the ISO9001:2000 International Quality Management System Certification on November, 2002. "Decano" has gradually become the famous brand in telephone industries in and abroad. So far, we are the appointed manufacturer for the headquarters of China Unicom, and we maintain the long-term partnership with GD Unicom, Qinghai Unicom, Chongqing Unicom, Guangxi Unicom, Henan, Guilin, Shanxi and Zhejiang Railway Communications, Etl Telecom of Laos, Asiacell Telecom of Iraq, Peru Telecom, SK Telecom of Vietnam and Burraq Telecom of Pakistan.
